Shocking Footage of the Day: A video camera catches the terrifying moment a driver in a black VW Golf rammed his car into a group of cyclists participating in a Critical Mass event in Porto Alegre, Brazil.
Miraculously, no one was killed in the incident, but a few bike riders were taken to the hospital with minor injuries. According to witnesses, the driver, 47-year-old Richard Neis, intentionally ran over the cyclists after following them closely for 100m. Neis reportedly claims he was acting in self-defense.
Does Brazil have capital punishment? Because this dude doesn’t deserve to live another day.
In case no one has caught this yet. I almost cried. The hatred against bikers has to stop.
