Found this nifty MWOD last weekend - watched a bunch of them actually, but this is the one I’ve been doing the most.
I’m surprised and humbled to learn that I’m actually not all that flexible, despite being able to go full ROM on a squat. I think I have a weak core/butt, leading me to overextend my spine when pulling/squatting/mobing. So, I think I’ll try to get back into the MWOD stuff
